Activate vimeo.com TV (via TubeFilter) has announced the launch of a brand new toolkit for designers to showcase their function, which includes customizable portfolio websites and Smart TV channels.
Showcase, according to the organization, is a new way for users to showcase their portfolios online. It contains three functions: a customized portfolio/video platform, the capacity to place movie playlists on active websites, and TV programs for Professional users, that will permit designers to create their Smart TV channels that may be distributed through Roku and Amazon Fire TVs.
Vimeo Pro users can develop branded TV channels in-house or by means of Vimeo’s publishing providers. They also have access to advanced reports capabilities so they can track how many people are watching their showtimes.
